Common Name: Water sprite
 
Great beginner plant AND for baby fish to hide in if you float it, that is fast growing and undemanding submerged growing plant.
In well maintained aquariums they can grow out of the water as well.
 
Although they don’t need CO2 A bonus is if you add CO2, then you will have to prune them regularly otherwise they will dominate the aquarium.
