Service Description
One-on-one support for your enclosed ecosystem 🌿 30-minute session offering general terrarium advice 🪴 Ideal for troubleshooting, setup help, or design improvements 📍 In-person sessions recommended where possible 📱 WhatsApp video call option available for remote support 💬 Bring your questions, show your setup, and get tailored feedback ⏱️ Extra time charged per additional 30-minute block ✍️ Please specify in the notes whether your session will be in person or via WhatsApp video call
Cancellation Policy
📅 Bookings: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made online or directly through our contact channels. You will receive a confirmation message once your session is secured. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. ⏳ Running Late? If you're more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or considered a no-show depending on the situation. Please let us know if you're running late — we’ll do our best to accommodate! 🔄 Session Extensions: If you’d like to extend your session on the day, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Extra time is charged per 30-minute block and must be confirmed before proceeding.
