Terrarium workshops and Venus Flytrap demo's

Here's what to expect:

​Terrariums-

Throughout the day, we will guide you with our expertise in building a terrarium. You'll also get to create your own terrarium to take home.
This will be either:

- a high-humidity terrarium, called a CLOSED TERRARIUM.

OR

- a low-humidity terrarium called an OPEN TERRARIUM.

Venus Flytrap demo

Throughout the day we will discuss Venus flytraps in general & demonstrate how to transplant a Venus flytrap safely.
Then you will get the chance to actually transplant one of our Venus flytraps for us.

You are also invited to bring our own Venus flytrap to be transplanted on the day!

🕙 Times:

10:00 AM on Saturday, continuing until your terrarium is completed (usually around 2:00 PM).

📅 Schedule:

• 10:00 - 10:30 AM: Behind-the-scenes tour of our facility

• 10:30 - 11:00 AM: Introduction to building a closed terrarium

• 11:00 AM onwards: Hands-on terrarium building with our assistance

💸 Price:

Closed terrariums:
R750-00 – Includes a terrarium jar, soils, selected plants, and moss that you take home.

OPEN Terrariums:
R500-00 - This will be credited towards the plants, decor etc. you buy.

The workshops are limited to just 10 people to ensure personalized attention.

While the Demo is for 15 people only.
